Return and Exchange Policy

At MingleDecor, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction as our top priority. We understand that customers may sometimes need to return or exchange items, so we have established the following return and exchange policy to provide clear guidance and service.

 

Return Policy

1.1 Return Time Limit

 Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive the product. If you receive a product beyond 30 days, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please make your return request within the specified timeframe.

 

1.2 Return Conditions

To meet the return conditions, the returned product must meet the following requirements:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with intact labels.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

1.3 Cases Not Eligible for Returns

 Returns will not be allowed in the following cases:

1.3.1 The product has been installed and used.

1.3.2 Any products that submit a return request more than 30 days after delivery.

1.3.3 Returns are not accepted for custom products or any special order products (products or styles not listed on the website).

 

1.4 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after order confirmation. Beyond this time frame, orders cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately, and we may assist you in canceling the order.

 

1.5 Exchange

If a customer needs to change any product in the order after placing the order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of order confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be shipped as per the original order.

 

1.6 Return Process

Follow the steps below for returns:

1.6.1 Please read the above return policy to determine if your order is eligible for a refund/return.

1.6.2 Submit a return inquiry to the support email address (support@mingledecor.com) with your reason for return.

1.6.3 We will confirm the eligible refund amount based on your return reason and the products in your order.

1.6.4 We provide return instructions and shipping label information. Follow our instructions for the return to ensure a successful return.

1.6.5 You are responsible for shipping the products at your own expense. We do not cover return shipping costs and do not provide prepaid labels. Be sure to print and include your order confirmation email.

1.6.6 Once the return is successfully shipped, notify us via email and provide the tracking number for the return package, if applicable.

1.6.7 We will process your return within 3-5 business days after receiving the return.

 

1.7 Refund

For eligible returns, we will process your refund. Please note that bank processing of refunds may take some time. PayPal refunds typically take 1-3 days, and credit card refunds usually take 2-5 days.

Refunds will be returned using the payment method originally used for the purchase. The refund amount includes the product cost and applicable taxes, minus the return shipping fee and processing fee. Shipping fees and processing fees are not refundable.

 

1.8 Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank for details. If the issue is still not resolved, please contact us via our contact page.

 

1.9 Damage During Shipping

In rare cases, products may be damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged product during shipping, please contact us, and we will provide free replacement parts service.

 

1.10 Clearance and Customized Products

Clearance and customized products are generally non-refundable, but we will provide exchange or replacement services depending on the situation, such as product quality issues or seller responsibility.

 

Exchange Policy
